Hi, I'm Andromeda.

I graduated from The Art Institute of Houston in December 2006. Since then, I have worked for various industries and functioned as a web designer, graphic designer, and art director. I have spent most of my career designing corporate graphics in-house or for a creative studio. Highly proficient in art and graphic design, I can craft unique visual stories and concepts that are scalable to satisfy marketing goals. My design competency spans all major facets of design including brand identity, cross-channel campaigns, print, digital, and presentation design. My hobbies are writing poetry, blogging, and digital photography.

A Tid-bit About Me: The Backstory

Born in the Philippines in the 1980’s, my earliest memories remind me of times I spent climbing trees in the woods, riding in bamboo-made carts pulled by Carabao in the countryside and riding in tricycles roaming through bustling markets in the outskirts of the city. Growing up in modest means I relied greatly on my imagination for entertainment during playtime and after-school activities. In 1989, my parents and I moved to Houston, Texas and I developed an interest in arts, crafts and comics. From seven years old all the way on through high school, I continued to cultivate and develop my artistic skills by attending art classes and joining writing clubs. Naturally, when the time came to choose a direction for my future, I instinctively gravitated toward a creative field in Graphic Arts. I have been a graphic designer for the past 14+ years working in corporate and creative studios, and I continue to work and refine my skills in graphic design, writing, photography, and illustration.
